REQUEST COMMENTS ON THE DRAFT DECREE OF REVISED LAW ON VAT AND CORPORATE INCOME TAX
As the Drafts are intended for the submission to the Government in September/October, your prompt comments are needed for MOF to review. Therefore kindly send your comments by Sept 8, 2008 to the leaders of the Tax Sub-group Mr. Tom Mcclelland at [email protected] and Ms. Dinh Quynh Van at [email protected], with a Cc to VBF Secretariat at [email protected].
The comments will then be consolidated and sent to MOF. Also please advise whether the VBF secretariat should arrange a meeting with MOF to discuss the comments in details or written comments suffice. Sorry for no English version available.
