PARENTING PROGRAMME: NOBODY’S PERFECT AT THE WORKPLACE

 Building a More Family-Friendly Workplace

HKBAV is pleased to share an invitation for businesses to participate in the “Nobody’s Perfect” Parenting Programme, supported by UNICEF.

The programme aims to support businesses in developing family-friendly workplace practices while helping employees who are balancing their professional responsibilities with parenting.

About the Programme

The “Nobody’s Perfect” Parenting Programme helps working parents build their understanding of young children’s health, safety, behaviour, and emotional needs.

The programme supports parents in building greater confidence and reducing pressure throughout their parenting journey, while strengthening connections with support networks among colleagues and within the community.

For businesses, family-friendly policies can contribute to a more engaged and inclusive workplace while demonstrating a commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) principles.

Programme Implementation

UNICEF connects participating businesses with trained facilitators and supports the delivery of a one-day, practical and interactive orientation session designed to strengthen parenting skills among employees.

Businesses can also develop an implementation plan that is flexible and adapted to their organisation’s needs and context.

Participation

Participation is FREE.

The programme includes an introductory experience session and support in developing an implementation plan. The programme is conducted in Vietnamese.
